What is Gym Kids?
Gym Kids is a fun and active class designed to help children build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence through a mix of movement-based activities.
Activities include:
π€Έ Gymnastics β developing balance, agility, flexibility, and strength in a safe and supportive environment.
π Dance β encouraging creativity, rhythm, and self-expression through fun routines and group activities.
π§ Yoga β promoting focus, relaxation, posture, and mindfulness while improving flexibility.
π Fundamental Movement Skills (FMM) β running, jumping, catching, balancing, and other core skills that form the foundation for lifelong physical activity and sport.
